The Carmelite Monks of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, on the eve of the Feast of Our Lady of Victory, received permission to build their new monastery in very rural Wyoming.  They had faced opposition from local ranchers and NIMBY activists who opposed the monastery for a variety of reasons.  Apparently, some kind of out of court settlement was reached that radically decreased the opposition.   Known as the Mystic Monks for the brand of coffee they sell, the monks have been growing rapidly and were looking to build a facility that will be used for centuries.   That facility should now be complete within 3 years.  The facility is being paid for by private donations.

This is a very good, orthodox order, dedicated to following their rule.  You can support them with a donation here, or buy some coffee and have a crazy caffeine buzz and then make a donation.
