Update 1: It’s Ember Week.  Fast and partial abstinence today, Friday, and Saturday.  That is, one full meal with meat and two small meatless meals today and Saturday, total abstinence from meat on Friday (as usual).

Update 2: The June 8 Rally for the Rights of the Church Religious Freedom has been moved to Fort Worth.  I have no idea why that would be, it is certain to reduce the size of the crowd that will attend.  The rally is still on June 8 at noon, but now in front of the Lehman federal building in Ft.Worth.

Update 3:  The Mass for the Carmelite rendering her vows to Mother Juanita Marie will not be a TLM.  It will in fact be a NO in English, but with a choir and incense.  This Mass is at 5pm Sunday at the Carmelite Chapel.

The rally was moved to Fort Worth due to a date conflict with the Texas State Republican Convention which is on the same day. Most of the Dallas event organizers would be at the convention.

Well, there you go. I fear that attendance will be much lower than it would have been otherwise.
