Of Course: Italian Catholics Told Not to Pray in Public, to Avoid Antagonizing “Immigrants” June 8, 2016

Well, gee, which group of immigrants is so noted for religious intolerance and using violence to achieve its ends?  I can’t imagine!  Must be the B’ahai.

Caritas, the Vatican’s over-arching organization for worldly charity, after housing an aggressive invading army of military age immigrants in Italian parishes, has apparently demanded Italian Catholics  keep their prayers to themselves, so as not to antagonize their new overlords guests:

Visitors to the church of St. Anthony in Ventimiglia, Italy, were recently told to “pray in silence” to avoid upsetting African migrants being housed in the building.

Members of Caritas, a Catholic charity that helps facilitate mass migration to Europe, have asked parishioners not to recite the rosary aloud, Italian wire service Agenzia Nazionale Stampa Associata reported Saturday. A priest eventually took women who complained to another place of worship, Breitbart News reported.

Meanwhile, the religion of peas strikes in Tel Aviv.

But, yes, of course, it’s an absolutely brilliant plan to bring in millions of unassimilated barbarians into the West.  Of course, it means absolutely nothing that this invasion eerily mirrors that which led to the fall of the Western Roman Empire.

I’m sure it will all work out just fine.  No bloodbaths in our future!  Naaaah……..

One wonders just how relevant the Vatican-arm Caritas is to all this.  They are essentially favoring islamists over faithful Catholics!  Another shock!  Left-wing Church apparatchiks favoring exotic, fetishized “others” over their bitter ideological opponents faithful souls.

I’m going to have to go lie down with all these completely unprecedented developments.

Unfortunately this attitude is more widespread than St. Anthony in Ventimiglia, Italy…. an FSSP priest of acquaintance prefers private prayers in place of a public rosary before all but the Sunday Mass…. all the more better environment for “personal recollection” you see! And Litany’s .. only on particular festal observances. Apparently we must be extra-vigilant and purge the “bead counters” and “mindless repeating” so as not to disturb and discomfort visitors to such a faithful environment! The moldy rot exists even more closely than we dare think.

An FSSP priest? Really? Even in my NO parish, the rosary is said before vigil Mass every Saturday. I’ve gone to several NO parishes where the rosary is being prayed before Mass at least in my area.

Sorry…. Yawn… I’m shocked, truly shocked….

I read an unverified claim that a ‘Catholic aid organization’, presumably Caritas, is receiving from the EU 35 Euros (per week??) for every invader provided with accommodation.

Many of us aren’t easily shocked, but I’m reluctant to say there appears to be ample evidence of collusion of Vatican functionaries, some cardinals/archbishops with various political forces, mostly leftist, who are hellbent on destroying what remains of Christian civilization.
It’s a difficult conclusion to accept but for too long we have ignored unwelcome evidence. The alarm bells should have rung when encyclical Pacem in Terris was published.

Actually Malachi Martin wrote about all this in many of his fiction and non-fiction books. He was like a prophet in his time. Everything he said is true even though many people thought he was crazy back when he was writing it. Nothing surprise me anymore.

TGFB – Thank God (literally) for secular news outlets such as Breitbart. And TGFA – Thank God for America and freedom of speech and the press. (Reminder: Fortnight for Freedom is coming up again focusing this year on Religious Liberty.) You don’t hear this kind of news from the Church. Every time I hear some Church representative criticize this country, I really wonder Whose side they are on. After all, as I recall, Catholics had to go to the U.S. judicial system to get something actually done about the abuse problem.

Interesting to observe that the last time I looked, the two parishes advertising patriotic rosaries on July 3rd and July 4th for the Fortnight on the cathdal.org Fortnight for Freedom page are the same two listed below sponsoring the Courage presentation in August.

Event noted on the Catholic Pro-Life Committee of North Texas calendar:

August 11th – Courage Presentation on Same-Sex Attraction at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 600 S. Jupiter Rd., Richardson 75081. Fr. Philip Bochanski, Associate Director of Courage International will present: Welcoming and Accompanying Our Brothers and Sisters Who Experience Same-Sex Attraction: Living Out Our Universal Call to Chastity and Speaking Truth in Love. This timely topic will give us the information we need to understand this difficult situation facing our families, our youth, and our society. Buffet dinner begins at 6:30, and presentation begins at 7:15. Reservations are needed if you are attending the dinner. Buffet is $10 per person and you may pay at the door. RSVP to JoAnn Murray, joannmurray@verizon.net, so that we may prepare the proper number of seats and dinners. For more information about Courage International, visit couragerc.org. Sponsored by St. Mark Plano and St. Joseph Richardson.

I am shocked, SHOCKED that there are Italians who pray the rosary still around. In public, no less!

“We Will Drown the Streets of Rome with Your Blood” — Islamic State Threatens the Conquest of Rome

Right on cue.

Headline over at Eponymousflower blog today.

Two letters of threat from IS in four days.

And the enemy within the Church is doing everything possible to facilitate IS on it.

Mainstream Catholic media sounding the alarm?

*crickets chirp*

May God have mercy upon us.
