Protest National Institutes of Health Plan to Create Human-Animal Hybrids September 6, 2016

This kind of thing will not end well. If scienticians, playing god, keep messing around with this kind of fundamental stuff, they are going to someday unleash some nightmare upon the world which could lead to a crisis of biblical proportions. Many feel they already have released far too much, but I’m talking about something on another level that could lead to a massive pandemic or worse. When you start to try to grow part human, part animal beings, even at a cellular level, in a petri dish, the practical consequences – let alone the offense against God and the dignity of man – could be well-nigh unimaginable. And while I’m sure every precaution will be taken, accidents happen, containment gets broken, and then…….people die.
Pestilence was which horse of the Apocalypse, again?
The NIH is still accepting public comments through today. You can submit a comment here. A sample comment is at the bottom of this post. A bit more on the situation:
The National Institute of Health is going to end its moratorium against funding for the creation and development of chimeras (part human, part animal beings).
This means that, for the first time, the Federal government will begin spending taxpayer dollars on the destruction of human life to create a part human, part animal being that destroys the distinctions God created between humans and nonhumans.
However, there is still a brief window of time to voice your opposition to this egregious offense against God.
Your immediate action is needed to send the NIH your written opposition. Public comments are being accepted for two more days and comments will close Tuesday, September 6th.
That means we only have one more day to ask the NIH to desist. Please don’t wait, it takes only a minute and we have only one day left.
Use the form at the following link and copy and paste the message below. Then, forward this alert to as many people as you can. Finally, PRAY.
The Catholic bishops of North Carolina have issued a statement condemning this research and encouraging Catholics to protest. The Diocese of Raleigh seems to be taking the lead in this.
The sample message:
I object strongly to the NIH’s proposal to rescind its moratorium on funding of research involving human-animal chimeras. I do not want my tax dollars being used for grossly unethical research involving the creation and manipulation of part-human, part-animal beings whose very existence blurs the line between humans and non-human animals. This proposed research raises all the ethical problems of human embryonic stem cell research in general and serious additional problems related to the creation of human-animal beings with partly or substantially human brains.
I strongly urge you to maintain the current moratorium on funding research involving the creation and manipulation of human-animal chimeras.
I’m a bit more agnostic about GMO than many readers, but I see very little good that will come of this compared to the enormous downside, especially since it will involve the intentional destruction of human life to create these monstrosities.
Regarding modern sciencism’s war on God, read The Last Superstition by Edward Feser. Many, many scientists seem to display a serious god-complex, seeking to usurp the real One while they arrogate to themselves works only proper to the Almighty. That’s a subject for a different post, but most definitely closely related to this one.

Actually yesterday would have been the normal start day, finishing on the Vigil, but it’s not improper or anything to finish a Novena on the feast day proper. Via MJD, a quick Novena:
