Please pray for your blogger! August 29, 2014

Forgive me for impugning on your generosity yet again, but could you please pray for me? Between falling off a latter Monday night and some apparent illness, I’m doing pretty poorly. Whenever I get a fever it tends to make my normally mild arrythmia a bit worse. If you were wondering where I have been, the answer is at home, in bed.
I surely appreciate your prayers. I could really use them at this time.
God bless you.

Figured it was something, since nothing keeps you from blogging, so I said a decade for ya’ll on Wednesday. And will continue ’til you’re better.
Praying for you, amigo.
Extra prayers for you Larry!
I will pray for you, too.
Will pray for you and yours at Mass today!!
Arnica tablets 200c for serious injuries. Also arnica cream for your back. We have dealt with all kinds of injuries like broken bones, a huge gash on the head that required emergency medical care, and more with arnica and other Homeopathics. They are cheap, have zero side effects, are extremely safe and effective. Lots of great remedies for fever too.
This past spring our family had 3 separate visits to the ER — 3 different people, 3 completely different issues, 2 of the issues were potentially life threatening. We never had to use any meds whatsoever (not even Tylenol) because we used Homeopathics instead.

Ladders, huh. Unfortunately, I know the feeling. Glad you survived, though. I’ll keep you in my prayers. Hang in there. (Hope that made you smile)
Awwwww…I’m sorry you are sick:+( I’ve been sick too…a fever…stinks, I know. I will definitely say a prayer for you…and know you will offer up the suffering for some good thing/person. ((hug)) Hang in there, k? God bless~
And you certainly do have them, prayers for your healing everywhere that needs healing. June St James-Pfouts “Rejoice in your hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” (Rom. 12:12) “Choose this day who you will serve… As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15

**** BREAKING NEWS ***** I’ve just learned that Tantumblogo has a staph infection that doctors think was caught early enough that he won’t need surgery. (That doesn’t mean he won’t in the future, of course). He’s on heavy, heavy painkillers (enough to knock out a Budweiser draft horse) so please keep him in your prayers.
May God grant you and your family good health and many blessed years.
Pax.
I will say prayers for our own “Latter Day Saint”.
It made me sad to hear of your difficulties.
Will be praying for you, Tantum!
Get well soon, brother!

Praying for you.
Praying daily.
A brief update. It’s a pretty bad infection. I should have gone to a doctor immediately, but waited until Friday. I kept thinking the redness and swelling I observed were due to the original fall. I did not suspect infection.
Thank Our God I did go to a doctor on Friday. A few more days and I’d have been looking at hospitalization – but that remains a possibility if the don’t improve . He may not have been a great doctor, though, just someone near my house who may not have prescribed a strong enough course of antibiotics initially. That has been rectified at least somewhat, but this being a holiday weekend I will probably seek even more medical counsel tomorrow. There has been some substantial improvement in some areas, but I don’t know if it’s enough.
A couple of things. There was some miscommunication above. I am not on painkillers. That would be bad and a true last resort. But I am on some strong antibiotics that can make you loopy and the infection was doing a good job of that for several days, anyway.
I will probably be away from the blog for awhile yet. I so very much appreciate all your prayers. They help more than anything else. Please keep them up! And may Our Blessed Lord reward your kind charity! Thank you all so very much.
Tantamergo,
Keeping you in our daily prayers, and especially as an intention during our family Rosary.
Get well soon!
Pax et benedictiones tibi, per Christum Dominum nostrum,
Steve B
That means a very great deal to me. Thank you very much, Steve.
Larry, my apologies for the botch up on your medication. I’m hoping that doesn’t affect those intercessory prayers. I alerted all of Western Civilization on Twitter so I’m hoping a few saints in the making will contribute their prayers as well.
I’m sure it doesn’t matter on the medication. Thank you so much for your prayers and all everyone is doing.
Prayers.
Remembering you in my rosary. (I hope it’s not MRSA.)
Posted it on my social media and friends posted that they are praying for you. God bless you.
Have you considered a homeopathic remedy, amigo?
My wife is the queen of that stuff. Not strong enough for this situation, but we’ve kept it up.
That was the first recourse but this infection was too aggressive. So I am on four antibiotics with homeopathic support.
I don’t have any “social media” – I simply commended you to Our Blessed Mother.
Hope that’s as effective as Twitter.
